Alteration on crotch
The client has 20 days after reception of the parcel to contact our customer service and apply for an alteration reimbursment. A copy of the tailor shop invoice should be sent by email to our customer service.
If a tailor judge that an alteration is not enough to make a proper suit, the client is asked to send a picture wearing the suit, and showing the mistake. After approving the default of the product, we will be glad to send you a new adjusted product, free of charge for you.

Every products sold on our website don't have the same return policy. Every custom made products are made to order, customised by the client, so don't allow any possible return. Please note we will do our best to make you a fitted suit according to your requirements.
All other products can be returned , 7 days after receiving the goods. For all returns done with no special reasons, fees will be on the client.
